Our Facilities
Rose Villa has a beautiful garden for residents and families to relax in.
The garden is laid to lawn with borders of mature plants, seasonal bedding plants and a patio area. Squirrels, robins, pigeons and the occasional fox are regular visitors. We even have blue tits in nesting boxes that are fitted with spy cameras.
The garden includes a waterfall, fountain and wishing well which are floodlit at night. Residents are encouraged to enjoy the garden area and also to help with the upkeep of it if they wish. The garden can also be enjoyed from the comfort of the conservatory and in hot weather we put up gazebos to ensure residents and visitors comfort.
The lounge is a large open area with various seating options.
Do you want your own favourite chair to sit in? No problem! In the lounge there are 2 TV sets and a DVD player, which are situated in a way that everyone can see them wherever they sit. We also have a bookcase which is absolutely bursting with books and DVD’s.
We have a mixture of shared and single rooms.
We like people to personalise their bedrooms with their own possessions. If you need more picture hooks, or another shelf, just ask!
The Home benefits from a passenger lift between the ground and first floor.
